Amazon changes its fees from time to time, and some categories have tiered rates or minimum fees. Confirm the rate for your category in Seller Central before you rely on it.
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) tells you how much revenue you generate per unit of ad spend. A ROAS of 4× means every £1 in ads generates £4 in revenue. Whether that's profitable depends on your margin — if your margin is 30%, you need at least 3.3× ROAS to break even on ads.
Track ROAS at the campaign, ad group, and keyword level. Campaigns with high ROAS are efficiently deploying budget; campaigns with low ROAS need either better targeting, better creative, or a higher bid floor. Scaling winners while cutting losers is the core of profitable PPC management.
